I’m really proud of myself this week, I feel like it’s the first time this year that I’ve been able to get through the whole week on plan without letting anything tempt me. It was pancake day on Tuesday and I didn’t even have one, go me!!!
Last week I set myself a target of getting to 10st3 in 6 weeks. I’m now about to start week 2 and i’m 2 pounds down, so now I’ve got 5 weeks and 6 pounds to lose, that’s still possible in my opinion so I just need to have 5 more weeks like last week, I really hope I can do it!!

Start weight: 12 st 3
Total loss: 1 st 8 (22 pound)
