I’ve had a day of no cooking and had brunch out with a take away for dinner, and it was great. I tried to make good choices though (taking the fat off the bacon and only eating one sausage etc).
Full English breakfast – I only eat one sausage and the medallions of the bacon.
Reeses peanut butter chocolate bar and a white chocolate chip cookie.
Turkish takeaway – chicken souvlaki and lamb kofta with rice and salad – I didn’t have much of the yoghurt dip, and only had half of the flat bread.
A small glass of champagne.
TOTAL SYNS: I’ve got no idea on the syns but it’s Sunday and I felt like treating myself. I’ll make up for it throughout the rest of the week with minimum syns as weigh in day isn’t until Saturday.
