Todays Food 18.1.14 …

It’s Saturday so that means I get a lie in and have a massive brunch instead of my breakfast and lunch.  I lost 1 pound this week and part of me wants to have a day off but the other part is determined to be good, we’ll see which one wins haha.

Brunch:
Absolutely yummy beans, fried egg, Linda McCartney sausages, and potato cakes (these were full of courgette, peas, carrots and sweetcorn).

Mug of vegetable soup

Dinner:
Fajita chicken with sweet potato mash.
