Sorry for not posting for a few days (even though I said after Christmas I would be back to normal). As it turns out, avoiding tasty food when the whole house is full of it was harder than I thought and so I decided to just enjoy myself, pig out, and worry about it in the new year.
This Saturday is my next weigh in day and i’m expecting a pretty big gain but that’s OK because I have been a complete pig for the past week or so and it was worth it. I’m back on track from today and plan on being really good so that any weight I’ve put on over Christmas and New Year will not stay on for very long.
Anyway, here goes the second phase of my weight loss and I will let you know how I got on in my weigh in on Saturday (eek).
