Todays Food…

It’s the beginning of a new week and I’m going to be extra good, so here’s today’s diary:

Brunch:
Slimming World fry up – bacon medallions,  sausages (1 syn), beans, egg, potatoes.

Dinner:
Quorn meatballs,  spaghetti,  home made tomato sauce (made with an onion,  courgette,  pepper, and mushrooms) with 30g of Cathedral City lighter cheese (5 syns).

Snacks / Extra:
2 Alpen Light bars (HEXB)
Milk in tea and coffee (HEXA)
Mikado x 8 (4 syns)
