It’s Weigh In Day…

After my week of two nights out I expected a gain,  and that’s exactly what I got! I put on 2 pounds (my first gain since I started Slimming World) so I’m pretty gutted. The good news is that it’s motivated me to be extra good next week so I can get rid of what I put on asap, I won’t let a small gain ruin all my hard work so I’m back on track, last week forgotten.

This weeks weight: 11st4 (+2)

Start weight: 12st3
Total loss: 13 pounds
