Weigh In Day…

I said I wasn’t going to weigh myself this week after having had a few days of not only being off plan, but being an absolute pig, but when I woke up this morning I thought what the hell and got the scales out.

Now I don’t usually take notice of half or fractions of a pound but last week I was exactly 11.0.0, this week I’m 11.0.6 so I’ve only put on just over half a pound,  which if you ask me is amazing!! I’m not going to count the 0.6 on my stats though because I prefer to stick to full pounds.

This weeks weight: 11st

Start weight: 12st3
Total loss: 1 stone 3 pound

The Post Christmas Post…

I hope everyone had an very Merry Christmas and I apologise for being quiet the past few days.  The food I’ve been eating has been extremely un-slimming world and so I didn’t want to post any of it.  Christmas is over now though so it’s back on track for me (except for New Years Eve which I’m having as a night too).

I’m going to be on limited syns for the next week or so to make up for all the extra I’ve been eating, it’s going to be pretty tough though as there’s still nice Christmas food in our house, but I’ll cope (hopefully).

Anyway,  I just wanted to check in, say hi and let everyone know I’ll be back to normal from today.

Last Weigh In Before Christmas…

After last weeks gain I was hoping for a bit of a Christmas miracle when I got on the scales this morning,  and I wasn’t disappointed because I’ve lost 4 pounds.  I am soooooo happy about this because I now weigh exactly 11 stone! I actually can’t remember the last time I was this light woohoo!  All I need to do now is make sure I don’t ruin all my hard work over Christmas,  wish me luck!!!

Todays Food…

Sorry for not posting yesterday,  I was busy playing Lego Batman 2 on the Xbox with the bf and didn’t realise the time,  by the time I got home I needed sleep! Anyway,  it was basically the same as I’ve had the last couple of days (potato and beans for lunch and lasagne for dinner with 10 syns total) so nothing exciting!

Today has been a better though as it’s payday, and I always have my full 15 syns on a Friday and Saturday! 

Breakfast :
Vanilla Muller Light and 30g All Bran Chocolate Crunch (HEXB).

Lunch:
Jacket potato with beans and salad.

Fajita chicken and vegetables,  chips and Mexican rice.
